Description
Stainless Steel Wires with a Polished Copper Handle. The Best Balloon Whip’s magic is in the 10-wire shape; a wider circumference to whip up the airiest meringue and crème or to finish any blending more quickly than a cumbersome mixer.
A loop secures the wires near the working surface to better reach shallow ingredients.
Stainless Steel wires and one inch diameter handle are designed for commercial stovetop conditions.
The handle is completely sealed with epoxy to eliminate any area where food may lodge and water may enter, making it hygienic and easy to clean.
