Description
A four-knife starter set in a protective block, forged in Spain for everyday kitchens.
This Clara set covers the everyday essentials in one tidy package: a 100mm paring knife, a 150mm kitchen knife, a 200mm chef’s knife and a 200mm bread knife. Between them they handle peeling, slicing, chopping and bread.
Each blade is forged from a single piece of Arcos’s Nitrum stainless steel for hardness and a lasting edge. The block holds the knives in flexible thermoplastic rubber fibres that cushion and protect every cutting edge.
